As we go on further, we will soon learn more about a Business, its future goal, its finance management and its staff's teamworking activity and much much more.
By understanding that, we will also realise that all humans have their own problems and difficulties.
1) Maybe they need time to adjust themselves
2) Maybe their financial is a bit tight at the moment
3) Maybe they made a wrong choice and not interested in any business structure
and many many maybe's...
We shouldn't force them or do anything more to harm them. Everyone needs fresh air sometime. The best part is, they are still under our contacts.
Show them that we care for them and ask them if anything that we can help to improves their situation?
