I have found and believe in most cases that something have triggered it. It might be a family member or friend telling them its a lot of nonsense or it might be something negative he read somewhere about SFI or he/she might feel his business are not growing fast enough.
My advise is to contact such an PSA immediately as soon as you see a dip in his activity. DON'T leave it there and hope he will come to his/her senses in a months time or what. You are going to loose him/her.
Write him/her a mail, always be nice to them and treat them with respect. But also be straight forward and honest. Ask him/her you noticed that their activity is not the same as before, then ask them if there are any problems they want to discuss and what you can do to help them.
When he/she answered you back the following are very, very important. TAKE ACTION, dont wait. Immediately feed him/her with correct and honest information, go through some of the launchpad lessons and Rules of success with him/her again. You both must find a solution to his/her problem. If its a money matter, work with the PSA through his ledger to see how he/she can at least stay an EA without spending money.
Now, work and stay with that PSA till he/she are back on track.
By doing above you will save 80% of your PSA's who suddenly become inactive.
