It is usually very difficult to find out why a PSA starts off great and then suddenly becomes completely inactive. The only way we kind find out is if they actually respond to a message we send to them. We could more easily help them if we knew why they became inactive.
So twice a month I go to my Genealogy and filter on the PSAs that have earned over 1000 VP but have not logged in during the past two weeks. I send them a team mail letting them know I noticed that they had not logged in for awhile and that I hope there was not an problem in their life.
I then review the benefits of SFI and let them know I will be available to help them.
Since there is no guarantee of who will respond, I am always thrilled when I do get a reply that helps me keep in contact, and I offer help on how to be successful.
