Best is to set up your Standing Order, I suggest at least 2x 125 TCredit pack and 2 units of SBuilder coop, and then at least 5 PSAs To Go (with at least 1 unit of SBuilder in your SO, you can buy PSAs to go for $1.99 each).
PSAs to go will come in within a few days, you will be able to get them off to a good, solid start. When SBuilder PSAs begin to arrive, I would leave off the PSAs to go.
SBuilder will take 4 to 6 weeks to begin arriving, you will usually receive 6-8/month/unit. When SBuilder is in your SO, you will always have a stream of fresh affiliates coming in.
Bid auctions, remembering that every 10 bids will earn a spin on the Spin and Build page. Mostly, you will win 10% of a PSA per spin, I have gotten 20 and 40%. These PSAs will accrue more quickly than you might think, an extra perk for bidding auctions, and maybe winning...again!!
