This is a very important question, because this is the situation which is quite often.

Many of PSA's could start off great, due that it is easy in first months to do such.
Later, their activities could be lower and lower with time.

There are several reasons for this situation:
-they don't build a strong team to push them up;
-they don't see a bigger picture and great benefits of SFI;
-they don't have sufficient income;
-they lose their hope for success;
-they can not invest money anymore for various reasons;
-they don't have enough patience; etc.

When this happen, you can encourage them with support mails and additional informations.
Other great help could be that you reassign to them some PSA's, TCredits, Gift Certificate, etc.
