Team Leader : You can earn Matching VP if you become at least a Bronze team leader.
You have to have Sales VP and action VP to get the necessary Points required to become BTL or above.
So the importance firstly is to obtain and maintain the highest rank every month.
Silver Team Leader and higher is earned when you have a team of PSA,s who are Executive Affiliates or team Leaders. This is also a very important action VP because you will need this if you want to reach the highest rankings such as Gold, Platinum or Diamond Team Leader.
