If you want your affiliates to come to your local training, you must make them aware of what they will benefit for coming to your training and what they might lose for not coming.
Since you know what your training will be about. Make it clear to them what you’ll be dealing with. Explain to them what will they benefit from that training.
I don’t like giving incentives. When you give incentives, other people get used to them and when you stop giving, they quit. I think the other way to motivate them to come. You can ask them to bring family and friends. You can also invite family, neighbors and friends. Tell your affiliates that you’ll share the new members that will join on that training. So that will be the bonus for attending the training.
