You guys can help formulate ideas on recruiting PSAs and PRMs. Have them take notes on marketing techniques, advertising, pretty much whatever it takes to recruit a new affiliate or TripleClicks member. You can feed off each other's energy and come up with a plan.
If you can't meet face to face, you can communicate through Skype or E-mail. That even works.
As once said, there's always strength in numbers.
