I would first attempt to see what the local interest was. If there were enough people in one location I would look for premises where I could set up a meeting or even a stall of some sort that would be advertising SFI and TripleClicks.
If you can get into these events for free then that would be good.
If you set up your own meeting or seminar you would need to get refreshments sorted out.
