To give an unbiased or fair rating to your sponsor, you must be aware of the responsibilities of a sponsor.
During the first few months, the sponsor should provide necessary info to understand SFI. Unless he does that, you can certainly treat him with a lower average rating.
After about 6 months in SFI or you can say after understanding the system of business, the sponsor is around you to support you with your queries and difficulties you face. But you can not expect him to keep writing you the way he used to initially. So, his support when you need must earn him a 5 star rating.
When you are fully settled in SFI and have as much as knowledge you need to be successful, the sponsor do not need to spoon feed you anymore. So you should not expect him to keep asking your problems. You must contact him when you have problem and he must answer you with solutions. If he responds in time and with ideas, certainly he earns a 5 star.
Through this question, I would like to explore the fact that providing a Gift Certificate or TCredits do not earns the sponsor a 5 star. The only thing that earns a higher rating is SUPPORT TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.
