In all the different marketing programs that I have been in SFI is the only one where the down-line affiliates are allowed to rate their sponsors. This rating of sponsors plays an important role in determining the Leadership position for that sponsor.
If you have 5 PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) who are rating your performance as a sponsor you will need to receive an average of no less than 3 stars. If you receive a lower rating then you cannot become a Team Leader.
Before rating your sponsor take the time to go to their Leadership page – are they active (daily streak) – What kind of badges does your sponsor have? The badges will tell you just how active he/she is.
Does your sponsor have a SO (Standing Order)? Is your sponsor active in the forum? In other words is your sponsor setting a “good” example for you to follow?
Just being a good example to follow is worth at least 3 stars, whether or not they are communicating with their down-lines.
The 4 or 5 ratings are for those sponsors who are sending relevant weekly newsletters, Ecards, stream post, personal mentoring and recognition notices for accomplishments performed by their down-line affiliates.
A definite 5 stars if you are included in one of your sponsor’s co-ops or if your sponsor is re-assigning affiliates to you whether or not the re-assigned affiliates are active or in-active.
Always remember you are working as a team don’t rate your sponsor low in trying to force better action – you might make your sponsor treat you worse. If you’re going to give a low rating how about contacting your sponsor first and see if something can be done to make things better.
Also keep in mind that your business building activities do not depend on your sponsor helping you. Only you can make your business a success or not.
Be the sponsor that you wish your sponsor would be.
