I would simply tell an affiliate that it's the little things that count; the little things being the VersaPoints needed to move up the ranks in this business. It may seem like a small, menial task, but those 1VP actions do add up in the long run. Without those daily VP, you can lose out on a lot of perks and commissions.
Sometimes you just have to grin and bear it. Knock out the little things and you'll be able to take care of the big things.
