I would go on a budget on what an affiliate can afford and it all depends how much a site charges and everything, go as cheap as you can each month because if you pay a lot you still might not get a lot of hits. The way to advertise is by volume, in other words, you have to send out a bunch of ads over a period of months. I go as cheap as I can but maximize the ads by going to good traffic sites. S-Builder is one of the good ways to advertise for a reasonable price. If you have a blog or website, it is good to advertise there with SFI and TripleClicks banners as you pay for a website host for your website unless you have one of the free ones. As for the free websites you can still advertise with banners!
