I believe that it is important to evaluate your Sponsor based upon your interaction with him or her. First of all, be mindful that it is likely that your sponsor has quite a substantial number of affiliates in their down line and that response times can vary. Take the initiative to contact them when you have questions or issues.
1. Does your sponsor send out Group and individual emails in response to inquiries?
2. Do you send emails to your sponsor? Does he/she respond promptly and effectively?
3. Does your Sponsor post relevant and helpful information in their Stream Posts and on their Leadership Page?
4. Does your Sponsor send encouraging messages to his/her group?
Of course, any evaluation is subjective, but I would tend to evaluate quite generously, except in the case where the Sponsor is unresponsive. Be aware that the scale is 5, 4, 3, 2,1 -with 5 being the best.
I suspect that some people may choose "1" believing that "1" is highest rating.
