Each month you have to rate you sponsor if you had 500vp or more for the previous 2 months. I would suggest the following measurements:
- Did he at least send you one team-mail per week
- If you are active did he at least send you one personal mail or e-card for the month
- If you ask him something did he came back to you within 24hours.
- Is he polite and you get the feeling he really cares
- Is he professional and gave you the correct info and answers
- Did he come up with any ideas i.e co-op, advertising, etc
- Did he thank you at least once in the month for being on his team
- Is he looking at your vp ledger at least twice a month and give you some suggestions
- Did you feel comfortable working with him
- Do you trust him and feel you can approach him with any SFI problem
- How does his performance look like
- Is he involved with all SFI aspects. Look at his badges
Above are the guidelines I am looking at when rating my sponsor.
But its very important for me as an active affiliate, that he gives me personal attention at least twice a month. If he has not, guess what he is worth? A SOLID 1
