The best way to use the Affiliate Manager for your PSA and CSA Snapshot is to start off by writing a message you will want to send to your new affiliates when they join.
For Writing A Welcome Message:
1) There is a sample letter you can use by going to tips at the bottom of the Affiliate Snapshot
or going to: https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/SampleWelcomeLetter
2) You can write you own short welcome message if you prefer.
3) Place your message in the Welcome Manager box at the bottom of the Affiliate Snapshot.
To Send Welcome Message:
1) It is important to read the steps on how to send your letter.
2) Your message will not be sent until you copy and paste it to your affiliate's e-mail.
3) You now have a choice to send either by e-mail, e-card or chat if they are on line.
4) After posting your letter, make sure you click on the "Save" button. this will show your letter on
all the future new PSAs.
5) For CSAs, you will have to write a new letter and do all the above.
6) Clicking the "Mark as Sent" will close the letter to show you it has been sent.
Affiliate Manager Helps
1) It's important to read on how to " Be An Awesome Sponsor" at:

2) Go into the different tabs on the Affiliate Manager.
3) The "Checklist" will help you go through the 10 steps that will help your new PSA or CSA.
Make sure to check the steps as they are done.
4) "Notes" will allow you to place a reminder of when you contacted your affiliate and what you did.
5) "Activity" tab will let you know how well they are doing.
6) The "Upline" will allow you to check their upline and how to contact them.

You may want to send this to your team, so they will know how the Affiliate Manager can be used.
