Look at the Affiliate Snapshot as your personal file for each PSA.
The first thing that you will use it for is to send your "Welcome Letter".
You will be able to see their profile from the Snapshot... their goals... and their progress. You can see all of their badges, email address, country of origin, language and a whole lot more!
Snapshot also contains a link to their VP Ledger... (again that is all of their progress) you will be able to see what VP they are picking up daily, weekly and monthly. If they are reading the ASK SC or not,, etc.
There is a tab, NOTES, where you can keep private notes on your PSA, keeping track of all communications. And notable achievements. Next to that you will find the ACTIVITIES tab, here you can see what they are entering in the box on the goals page. The CHECKLIST tab is helpful for you as the sponsor to make sure that you are doing what you need to be doing to encourage activity from your PSA.
I love this feature... a virtual file of your PSA. You should definitely be using this valuable tool!!
