There are two types of disability i.e. one is physical disability and another one is mental disability. I think physical disability is not supposed to be the reason of failure if the person is intelligent enough to think intellectually and can take actions according to that. However, if some one is mentally disable, then it might be difficult for that person to be succeed. Physical disability even increase the power of brain to find out the path of success if anyone physical disable person determine to do something.
