What is your meaning of success?
Here's why I ask...is it to:
Succeed in a business without spending a dime?
or
Success from earning money using tools and resources to get results?
Now, you mentioned not "investing" any money.
SFI did state that it is "FREE" to join, will provide you with FR*EE Training, Free support and assistance, FRee games and points to earn, and so much more!
However, SFI's core earning system is about "duplication" teaching others to follow the proven system, and building a team.
Using your "no money" duplication approach, you would be instructing your referrals and your team to "NEVER":

I would like everyone to be successful without investing money, because doing so would give us
residual income!
Investing will add to and enhance "your" business in every way imaginable! Please do so.
This is just a picture of "Not Investing Money" and teaching others to not invest money.

Can I be successful in SFI without investing any money?
Money (cash) will need to be added to an ATM machine in order to withdraw cash.
I would say yes to success (keeping the business operating by getting your 11 VersaPoints everyday) and No to successful earning, you will need to invest for long term survival.
It is time to rethink the "FREE" aspect. Let's look at it SFI for the asset that it is.
Let's say that you were opening up a bakery, you could not "bake" without an "oven."
You cannot make bread without flour, etc.
If SFI gives you the bakery and all of the supplies, would you invest in water?
