If you start out without any money to invest, then you need to spend your time in working with sfi.
It is advisable to invest a bit of money, but if you don't have any, that should be ok, it just requires some more time, effort and patience then.
Start out promoting sfi in any possible free marketing method, make a blog, advertise on social media like facebook, twitter, google+,....
post in classified ads site, article marketing, forum marketing, blog commenting, safelists or traffic exchanges, you choose your way, but be consistent and do not ever ever give up, even when it takes time.
Then when you start building a team, and by being a great sponsor, they will become active and might spend some money, this gives you the option to grow, and invest a bit of that money in sfi, maybe in more psa's, maybe in T Credits, doesn't matter, anything that helps to grow your business, that way, you grow and grow each month.
So in that, yes you can become succesfull without money.
