I think you should tell them to set up a business that grows and has a potential to grow further. Tell them how SFI has been in business for over 17 years. And is still growing. Tell them the advantages of getting involved with a winner. Appeal to their sense of fun by telling them about the Easy Zebra games. Appeal to their sense of bludgeoning maturity by telling them about investing in the future. Appeal to their sense of pride by telling them they don't need to answer "yes sir" to anyone in this business. Appeal to their curiosity by telling them how they can learn and grow as several materials are available to them. Appeal to their sense of achievement by letting them know the value of setting goals monthly and achieving said goals. Appeal to their vanity. Tell them they can be their own bosses or team leaders with a team under them. Do all these and I'm sure you will have their interest.
