At first. I am a sponsor to very young people,who are excelent workers...and I am very sattisfaction with how they work. I think that the best way is just not to lie to them,just you need to say true,absollutelly...not say that they will reach the sky in a few days,so just tell them in a few months we are gonna reach the sky together .
