To single out a superstar to be, to me is not a wise move, but you can see who are the real workers from your Genealogy or Movers list. Support those active members in your team, make them realize that, in SFI, teamwork is the key to success for everyone. Develop some form of regular outgoing communications to stay in touch, share ideas, and provide training. This way, you will soon find everyone is a superstar including you!
