Investing in SFI is not a MUST. Everyone can choose their path here and without investing you can still succeed. The first thing you have to explain to everyone who cannot or do not want to invest is that if they follow SFI instructions they will succeed, but it will maybe take them more time.
The best way to help them is to make clear to them that if they do not invest money, they have to invest time. Everyone's succees depends on time they spend on SFI, completing tasks, building a strong team, advertising etc.
They shoul focus on building a team,because they will get the most out of a team. The first couple of months are the hardest, but once they build team, reach TL status, they will earn enough in SFI to be able to invest a little, just to push their bussines forward. It is all about thinking and timing here,
You can help by organising contests on your Leadership Page, where the prizes could be something that will help your PSAs who do not have money to invest.
But the best help you can offer is your advice and patience, as well as to teach your PSAs to be patient as well.
