I would say that this is not the job they are looking for.
But, if they are willing to replace "filling out forms and typing" with "interacting with their PSAs and typing" I would say GO FOR IT.
Our job here is not boring or hard.
You do not have to have any knowledge about this job whatsoever, but you can still succeed and be the best. In this way, it can be compared with filling out forms etc.
But, if they are not a people person, if they cannot communicate well with others, they cannot build a good downline and a good team. And that IS the most important job here.
Every affiliate should think outside the box, to search for new ways of advertising, attracting PSAs, ECAs etc. They should know how to get people to join their team and how to KEEP the people in their team WORKING. Communication is the most important here and that is,unfortunately, not the case when filling out forms and it cannot be compared with that.
Keeping the team working is not so simple as filling out forms, but it is VERY POSSIBLE and MUCH MORE interesting. However, if they do not want to do that, if they are more interested in being on one internet page the whole day, without having to search for anything else or to switch from subject to subject, or to explain or help others, I think it is better that they look for that, instead of doing something they do not like here.
