Explain that they can gain EA2 status by collecting 1500 VP each month. It can be action or sales VP or a combination of both.
Tell them they should be doing every FREE activity they can. With T-Time, Daily Grand, and other free games you have a good chance to win VP. Answer the questions in Ask SC. If you rate in the top 10 you win VP. You will also learn a lot by looking up the information for your answer.
Explain where to find their different gateways and how to use them to sell products and gain PRMs, PSAs and Wave3 members. Also explain how to use and where to find free advertising.
Make sure they know it takes longer to go the free route but it can be done. In a while you will start to earn VP and money to go for things like a standing order or to buy PSAs.
Always lead by example-If you are not doing (or haven’t done in the past) what you are telling them to do they will not have as much faith in the plan.
