Among the new members of your team you recognize future stars by the work which they invest in this business. "Work with workers" is one of the rules of the SFI. If the new members repent with instructions for getting started, you want them welcome and help you offer, then it is all for start, because you can not do the business for them. Future star will take advantage and start wtih work at once.
