It is very hard situation when you have a PSA who is good worker,but he/she have not money to invest in SFI.Even somebody work hard could be no succes for a while.
Then when you see that you can strong recomendation him to play Free game Ttime with hope he will win two tc.You can put him GC 2$,4$,5$...to bye tc which he need to aprove his status.
At least you can bye campagne on FB with his link for registration to help him to get more PSA which will help him to reqwire his status.This all you can do if you are able and if you are in posibility for help.
But if you are not,and your PSA have not money for invest ,even then nothing is loose, because he can go on even if he drop on less status.
Never give up.
