When they start keep an eye on their VP ledger and advise them accordingly to make the 1st two months easier to qualify as EA
Later You can help them to qualify as EA by sending them T-credits or gift certificates and then advise them how to use it best.
If you have a Co-op you can send some PSA's their way to build their team.
You can re-assign affiliates to them.
Advise them where they can advertise for free.
Encourage them to play games and educate them how that can help them.
Do not do things for your affiliates that they can do for themselves. Your role is to teach, guide and support. Provide practical tips but do not do for them. (things like logging in and doing daily tasks is not helping)
