To build a successful business with SFI, you must first be a successful team leader.
As a successful team leader, your team is making you money if that is they are willing to put forth time into their business and be successful as well as you.
To be a successful team leader, you must have the following:
1) Time
Any good team leader should have time on their hands that they can be putting into SFI.
Without time, he/she doesn't really have - well.... TIME to build up their team and make sure that they're becoming successful in SFI.
2) Patience
A good team leader should have patience, they should be able to answer any questions their team has without becoming frustrated. When they come to you with questions, and you answer them, you are giving them the knowledge you have, and with that knowledge they can also become a successful team leader.
3) Knowledge
How are you going to be able to answer your team's questions if you, yourself do not know them? A good team leader should be able to navigate around SFI without any trouble. If your team has any questions about how to get to a certain page or whatever else, without hesitating, right then and there you should be able to quickly give them an answer.
Of course, there are many other traits that make a leader a successful leader, these were only a few. Hope this helps!
