In my welcome letter and my welcome instant message e-card to my new personally sponsored affiliates and co-sponsored affiliates, I am sure to include my email. I ask them and urge them to please write me with the simplest question they may have. I also refer them to my blog which explains affiliate marketing to the newest of new person in online marketing. My blog answers questions like, what is a URL or referral link? How do you copy and paste urls? How do you upload a picture? What is a Warm Market. What is an ad exchange? and this list goes on.
Also, I tell them that I started new to affiliate marketing myself about 6 month before I joined SFI and that I understand how something we feel we should know can stop our progress if we don't ask the question and get some help.
Finally. I refer them to the SFI training tab and the Marketing tab. Gery has done a great job of offering educational programs for all levels of experience in online marketing.
I have gotten in the habit of asking my affiliates who do write me with questions, to tell me about their computer business experience so I can help them on their level.
