You can build your Rank higher by earning your Daily Actions every day. This is what is needed to help advance to a Team Leader position BTL.
You need a Min. of 2000 SVP, Sales Volume Points + 1000 AVP Action Volume Points to reach the BTL Rank.
With the Rank of BTL, You will earn a Share of reassignments of CSA's.
This helps build your Team and Income.
You will earn commission income only from your CSA's + Matching VP if they reach the EA2 Rank and you also reach the BTL in that same Month.
You must also start with a lower time investment, but it will more than likly limit your team growth and income.
If you want your SFI Team to learn what to do, You must be there to show a good working example. To lead by Example by supporting and teaching your SFI Team.
Investing time will also build your work experience with SFI.
