Senior citizens have a good number of old good stuff stored away in their garages, stores, basements and boxes. They can be encouraged to sell off these stuffs for a good amount of income to cater for their current needs. Since they would not need to spend money to sell these stuffs, they can easily be attracted to SFI.
This I believe is a very easy and fast way to get them interested and the rest would be a success story.
