First of all, we have to be a good example for our Teams. We should do all what we can to Support them if they allow us.Then, if they do that and see it works for you and for them,they will definately want to help their downlines after understanding the benefits of doing that. Tell them working alone can work but it is very hard to be succeful without a successful Team as a Network Marketer. It is also easier to get success and maintain it with an active Team. Tell them it is a must in this business: We cannot make it without suporting our Teams.
