From my personal experience, I have never had any bad any bad experience at all and yet I am a frequent shopper.
Whenever I log onto a new computer, SFI always locks me out and sends a requirement that I must enter a code that is sent to my e-mail address.
There is question if I am using a public computer and if so, I check on the public computer box. This way, in the unlikely event that there was a power outage or I forgot to logout, my account will be logged out automatically.
