Yes, Why not? Won't you feel good knowing that you not only help them to build a successful business but you also helped them to improve their English?
I live in a country with 11 official languages. My mother tongue is not English but I think I am doing well enough - and I only learned the language (very quickly) when I had to use it. The more you use any language the more you learn.
I don't think anybody able to join SFI is incapable of learning enough English to get by without too much of a problem.
Recruit them, give it a go - you might be pleasantly surprised.
