You should certainly try to recruit everyone into SFI. It is in your best interest to recruit all and it's good for them too. Language really isn't the road block it once was. Translation pages are readily available where you can easily convert what you want to any language you want.
If you buy a PSA's to go package you will get PSA's from a wide assortment of countries and languages. I've started sorting these into language/region and reassigning them to my more active affiliates that share that language or country.
Recruiting people from everywhere will grow your down line like a world wide web. The bigger and more diverse you get, the better it will all start to fit together.
