I'm not a native English speaker/reader also , but this is not a reason for recruiting actions.
If you have perspective affiliates that use English only for business ( office language )is better to speak with them in English.
For the rest you can use their native language if you know it , or other mutual language .
I will try to share a tip : Use English with all that new only little English , you will make them feel better and encourage them to improve their English level !
