A seller is required to specify the tracking reference of the item delivered. TripleClicks sends a notification to the buyer that the item ordered has been delivered that includes the name of the courier and tracking reference as well.
In case the item is not delivered on the specified date, the order transaction is automatically cancelled by TripleClicks and the amount paid by the customer is refunded.
