By my own experience,I can say that Online shopping is safe and secure at SFI/Tripleclicks system, but regarding delivery there are many factors affecting...such as Country region,their rules/regulations/duties & taxes,delivery period etc. Delay is natural and some times non-delivery of the items is also possible( owing to thefts,damages in transit etc.).Responsible ECAs
with good standing would not mind supplying the products again to the customers.These situations are common in off-line marketing also. All the best.
