The reason is that there is a translator on the SFI web pages that may be used, so that the affiliate can translate what is written into his/her own language. In fact, at one time I sponsored an affiliate who spoke Arabic and helped him get started by showing him that there is a translator there.
Another thing that proves to be helpful is that many people who live in non-English speaking countries do learn English where they live. These people are able to help their fellow countrymen to learn the language. Those of us who speak English can also help them to learn the language as well.
