How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?

This is a good question.

We all have the same problem. A shop assistant who works at bookstores or toy stores or travel agent has the similar problems. There are people who are all suspicious and see all the deception. Do not waste time explaining to them and arguing with them. The more you convince them, they were more suspicious. When I worked for one travel agency, the man refused to enter the apartment because it is 84m distant from the sea, not 83m as it was written in the tourist
