This is an ongoing concern for many affiliate to be able to really influence the customers and here is where we need to be able to convince them that TripleClicks service is one of the top services online for purchasing and delivering. However sometimes delivery does not reach it's destination maybe because of the carelessness of the delivery services.And that I think no one can control it is the responsibility of the delivery services to deliver the goods that has been placed there by TripleClicks/ECA's to the expected destination.
I want to relate about an incident about the delivery system from one country to the next. The package was delivered safely however when checked for it's content one of the product was missing, the little box was there but the item was missing. And of course we got to the bottom of this and contacted the source of delivery was told everything was sent as was ordered then the courier service was contacted and there it was found that one of the workers while packing and sealing the items took out one of the item and left the little empty box inside.
One thing is assured that TripleClicks does it's own packaging not depending on the courier or any delivery services unless of course they (Courier services/delivery services) open the package whilst in delivery. That is why we need to have some good valuable services around who ensures that their staff can be trusted.
For me I have received several products safely from SFI through my Post Office Box only for one which I bought from an ECA probably it got lost during transactions within several destination, as it has to cross through many countries...long distance is another problem.
I think this is one reason why most people do not want to purchase online...if they can get about the same product in their local store the'd purchase that without any frustrations.
I normally purchase those products that don't require packaging like E-Books, TCredits, my websites, PSA's to Go, S-Builder Co-op and so forth anything that does not require posting or physical delivery.
Yes there are problems associated and people are very careful these days because who wants to come at a loss especially those in far away places but for those who are in US, Canada I think they can get purchasing at TripleClicks and those who have ECA's nearby.
If I was living in the US I would do it but we do have limitations at time we can not do all that we want to do.
