I think first you need to look at the Affiliate Ledger to study how far he has been doing and how long he has been with SFI. If he is still new, you need to make it clear to him that getting rich and being successful are achieved by sweating one’s gut out. Tell him to be patient and work according what has been done by you and by successful SFI leaders. Ask him to do duplication and surely he will reap fruits of success one day.
On the other hand, if your affiliate follows a right path, log in SFI daily, complete daily, weekly, monthly and intermediate actions, you need to tackle him quite differently. Praise his hard work and patience, but still tell him to be a little more innovative in doing sponsoring or advertising by showing your successful examples. Guide him to follow your proven method. Discuss about his method and encourage him to make a few changes. Tell him to stay a little bit longer and wait for an outcome after he himself make a change of his approach.
May be he has not put an enough effort as he claimed.
