No. Selling is selling and no matter where you are, you have to sell to a targeted market. While there are some different factors for exporters/importers to consider, in the end, the presentation for an ECA in Africa need not be different for an ECA in America. Some people are mistaken to think that just because you are in America you can get automatic success in business. This is not true.
