It is good to keep in mind that our language and the way we use our words can bring a barrier if not understood the right way. It is also not so easy to know each and every Ecas mindset but we can always be careful in choosing words to express or ask a question politely so has not to offend anyone.
Do not stop asking questions even if your appraoch hasnt been good before,we learn from our mistakes and unless mistakes are made and given room-we dont learm quite so easily.
Practice makes perfect as they say! The SFI ECAs are more exposed to different cultures by now,so there would be a better understanding I suppose.
