Absolutely! If you have a team of active affiliates then you can sponsor the non English speaking ones to your downline. For example if you sponsor a Serbian affiliate and he or she does not speak good English then you will use the translator to duplicate this downline for about 90 days and help him/her receive 1500 VP or more then you reassign it to one of your most active downline who is also Serbian and guess what happens? You get 5 VP. So if in one month you do this with about 10 sign UPS what do you think will happen? You will get 50 VP because it is 5 VP for each reassignment.
So what I am saying here is that you sponsor them for the first two months and and help them become EA 's and then you reassign them to your team but make sure you reassign to an affiliate that speaks the same language and belong to the same culture. So the first two months of duplication gets you matching VP and then reassigning gets you 5vp times the number of affiliates you reassign so 5vp times 20 affiliates equals 100VP.
