For each versaPoint you earn you will get a share. The more VPs, the more share. It varies across team leader status.
1. For Bronze Team Leader (BTL) it will be upto 6 levels, including CSAs.
2. For Silver Team Leader (STL) it will be upto 8 levels, including CSAs.
3. For Gold Team Leader (GTL) it will be upto 10 levels, including CSAs.
4. For Platinum Team Leaders (PTL) it will be upto 12 levels, including CSAs.
5. For Diamond Team Leaders (DTL) also it will be upto 12 levels, including CSAs.
Matching VP Example: You are an GTL. The EA2s in your first 10 levels account for a total of 50,000 VP this month, so YOU earn a matching 50,000 shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
