When an affiliate tells you they are going to quit take it as an indication for help. Now, you can't make people do what they are not willing to do. So first, ask them are they willing to take a few simple actions that you have proven to work for you. If they say yes, then continue if not, try to get a yes by asking why are they so willing to throw in the towel? Now for the constructive redirection, ask your PSA to focus on just the 3 aspects of the SFI BASICS and daily work. The first SFI BASIC is to sponsor PSAs. If you want a sure-fire plan to get PSAs just set aside $20 each mo. to invest in sponsoring PSAs.

The next SFI BASIC is to refer TripleClicks members. To achieve this, make no less than 5 post on 5 social networks to include Pinterest, Twitter, GooglePlus, Facebook, and Linkedin promoting EagerZebra games and the auctions daily. Moreover, the final SFI BASIC is duplication and I add consistency. Everyone that you bring in the business you must be willing to teach what you do everyday. If you have a transfer buy for a 10pk of TCredits then recommend that they at least do the same. Then go 1 step further to tell them how you use those TCredits and how they add value to your business.

So if you weary PSA is willing to do the aforementioned for 30 days and sees no progress then suggest that they take a couple of days reprieve and try again. If this works for me, it will work for you if you work at it with consistency and optimism.
