The TripleClicks Executive Pool is simply the profit that is generated from all TripleClicks sales.

VersaPoints are shares of the Executive pool. When we earn VersaPoints, we will be paid based on the value of each VersaPoint we earn as long as we are eligible. Each month the value will be determined by the amount of profit from all Affiliate and PRM sales divided by the number of all VersaPoints earned by sales or actions.

If we understand this simple information, we will do all we can to promote sales to maximize the value of each VersaPoint each month because action VersaPoints do not increase the value of the Executive Pool.
